Yoga at the Ballroom starts August 4th
Yoga unites the mind and body to create a workout for both. It brings balance, stretches the muscles, and builds strength that you can bring with you through the day ahead. Both classes will include breath work, warm up, yoga poses that work on stretching and balance, and a resting meditation at the end. Hatha class will work on yoga poses that are held for 3 – 5 breath cycles each. Gentle class modifies the traditional poses to be gentler on the joints and muscles. All skill levels are welcome. Classes are $15 each.
